Stephanie Ayala is the Benefits and Wellness Manager at PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc.  Stephanie is responsible for PETCO’s corporate wellness program. Prior to joining PETCO Stephanie served as Pier 1 Imports Manager of Health-Welfare & Associate Services where she was responsible for benefit strategies, plan design, cost and administration of Pier 1 Imports’ health, welfare, wellness and relocation plans.  Stephanie also served as the Senior Manager, Benefits, and Compensation for The Bombay Company, Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas. With over 15 years experience, she has established herself as one of the leaders in the Employee Benefits field. She is currently a member of the following Associations:
