Jim Wilton
Administrator Group Health & Wellness, Cardone Industries Inc
Jim Wilton has been working in and around managed health care for over 30 years. He currently serves as the Administrator of Cardone Industries self-insured Group Health Plan and the administrator and architect of its integrated wellness program.
Jim received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois, a Juris Doctor from Loyola University of Chicago, a Master of Divinity from Westminster Theological Seminary and did doctoral studies in legal philosophy and jurisprudence at the University of Oklahoma. He is a certified mediator and mediation trainer as well as a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist. In his spare time, he works with clients as a certified personal trainer as well as a Pilates and qigong instructor and a student of tai chi.
Prior to joining Cardone, Jim served under the Delaware Secretary of Health as the Chief Administrator of the Managed Care Unit for Delaware Medicaid where he and his staff oversaw three Medicaid Managed Care Plans.
His tenure with Medicaid was preceded by his service as CEO of a strategic subsidiary of the Medical Society of Delaware assisting Delaware physicians in the formation and operation of clinically integrated multi-specialty single signature contracting networks.
