Jim O’Connor

Senior Account Manager, ComPsych® Corporation

Jim brings more than 23 years of architecting and overseeing EAP, work-life and similar programs to his current role of ensuring timely delivery of ComPsych programs.

Jim was previously an independent consultant who provided clinical services for mental health centers, juvenile courts, and schools. His extensive background in behavioral health has positioned him as a champion for the account management team of ComPsych’s critical incident stress management (CISM) services. In 2003, he was the leadership presenter at the national convention of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association on CISDs.

Jim holds a master’s of social work degree from the University of Connecticut at Hartford and a Bachelor of Science degree in human development from the University of Massachusetts.
