Brandi Williams is the Director of Human Resources for Producers Dairy Foods, a 3-rd generation family-owned and operated dairy company comprised of farming, manufacturing, sales, administrative and distribution functions. Her areas of responsibility include training and development, recruitment, total rewards (compensation, health & wellness, employee engagement), employee relations, payroll, compliance and occupational safety.

Brandi’s 17 years in Human Resources includes experience in the public and private sector for both global and national organizations. Brandi has a BA degree in Social Work and Cross Culture Competency along with an MBA with an HR emphasis. Brandi also holds her SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation.

Brandi lives in Clovis, California and is married with children (both human and fur variety).
